Returns & Refunds

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:- The item must be unused and in original condition- The item must be returned in its original packaging- Proof of purchase is required‍

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: Custom or personalized gloves. Items that have been used, broken in, or altered. Clearance or final sale items. Items that have been provided for promotional reasons.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
